FAMILY LAW UPDATES

A Second inquiry to examine operation of Sharia Law in UK

The House of Commons Home Affairs Committee is starting an inquiry into Sharia councils that are operating in the UK. It will examine how Sharia councils operate in practice and how their work determine family and divorce disputes in the British legal system.
